Specious, well designed and welcoming furniture store. Great way to check couches and furniture and more before buying them online. Very friendly staff( Kamil was very attentive and helpful) Recommended place if you are looking for some new furniture without worrying that you are gonna spend obscene amount of money on it.

Go see Natali Torres! We casually strolled into the store after we had decided on a couch from Room&Board, ended up buying TWO couches from Natali and canceling our R&B couch. Natali is such a top notch sales associate, she knows the product lines and options, but more importantly she has an excellent sense of style/interior design, and she actively picks up on YOUR preferences to quickly pull together a pallet and aesthetic that makes sense from her design expertise but also matches your own style. She’s also very good at “reading the room”, giving the customer space when needed, yet being present when the customer needs decision support. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you Natali, and thank you Joybird for recognizing her talent.

I could not be more delighted with my new couch and chair! The colors, the comfortableness, how well they effortlessly fit in my apartment - both more than exceeded expectations. And I have to mention the amazing sales support we got at the Soho store. Endlessly patient with so much good advice. Plus the delivery was seamless. Joybird you’re the best!

I had a great experience working with Chloe Erickson at Joybird in SoHo. She helped me track down the exact couch I was looking for and knew the product line inside and out. She was quick to respond to every question and made the whole process really simple. Couldn’t have been easier to work with and highly recommend working with Chloe for any furniture needs!

Our experience with Justin was outstanding! And really fun, too. He explained to us all of our options for a comfy, pet friendly couch given our space, and weighed in on color decisions given our existing decor. There were delays given the popularity of the fabric and color we went with, but Justin kept me posted along the way. I've kept in touch with him since as we are considering other Joybird pieces, and he's been such a pleasure to deal with. Joybird is lucky to have Justin!

Although I didn’t end up purchasing a sofa from Joybird because I ultimately went in a different direction, I had a very pleasant experience with Spencer at the SoHo location. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was incredibly patient and helpful. He even offered to extend the sale for an extra day while I was undecided, which I truly appreciated. Because of this positive experience, I will definitely consider Joybird for my future furniture needs.

Worked with Chloe Erickson and cannot recommend her strongly enough- she was a professional from start to finish- always responds promptly and in detail. Provided excellent advice when choosing our sofa- insightful recommendations based on our needs and taste- and thorough follow up. We love our couch and loved working with Chloe!

My husband and I did A LOT of deep research on couches. Like most NYC residents, we live on our couch when we’re not in bed. As much as we wanted to buy a couch and have it the next day, Joybird was well worth the wait. The quality and comfort is unmatched. The sales are fantastic. Plus, there were many instances where customer service (especially Kamil and Rory) shined: 1) they willingly changed the credit card on file for us after we made a payment in store, because we wanted to get credit card points with a card that we didn’t physically have when we were shopping 2) they gave honest, helpful advice when we wanted something durable and pet friendly but also modern and sleek 3) they were responsive over email throughout the process 4) when the couch we originally ordered didn’t fit in our apartment (ugh), they refunded us fully and helped process our new order for a smaller model. Couch: Lewis 83” Color/Fabric: crave mocha latte Highly recommend!!!!

We had a lovely experience with Adrianna Luna at the store on Wooster St. Not only a wonderful place to shop, but Adrianna provided amazing service and information on the different couches, fabric styles, timing and a wealth of other details in the items we were looking at. We ended up choosing the Eliot sectional in leather and cant wait to get it in April. Thanks Adrianna, Cheers!

I had the best experience in this branch!. We've passively looking for a new couch and nothing spoke to us. That is until we entered this Joybird branch. We were leisurely browsing the store. Rory asked if we needed anything and wasn't pushy at all. When we found the Lewis model on the floor, I had lots of questions and Rory was super patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable about his products. He emailed us more information about the couch we were interested in and we were able to complete the purchase via email. He even helped us do a price adjustment when the price went down the next week! There's not one bad thing I can say about this experience. I had tons of questions and follow ups. Rory was able to answer them all of them. Definitely a purchase I did not regret making!
